What GCSE exams are on today?
No exams are timetabled today. The next exams are in 30 days, on Tuesday, 3 November 2026. Exams are only ever timetabled on weekdays within a series, at 09:00 or 13:30, and this page reads directly from the awarding body's confirmed timetable.
What time do exams start?
Morning papers start at 09:00 and afternoon papers at 13:30. A centre may begin up to 30 minutes earlier or later than the published time without notifying the board, so follow the arrival time your centre gives you rather than the published one.
What if I have two exams in the same session?
You sit them one after the other in the same session, with a supervised break between them at the centre's discretion. This is normal and the centre arranges it — you do not need to request anything.
How do I know which paper I am sitting?
Your Statement of Entry lists every component you are entered for, with its code. Match that code against the timetable rather than the subject name, because most subjects have several papers on different days.
Dates read from AQA's confirmed November 2026 timetable, retrieved 2026-09-07. Official source. Always confirm against your own Statement of Entry — it lists the exact components you are entered for.
