Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions Answered: Find everything you need to know about our registration service, partner centres, and policies.

What do I get for the fee?
Everything you need to sit your exam as a private candidate, in one published fee per subject. We make and check your entry with the awarding body and pay the board fee, arrange your seat and invigilation at a JCQ-registered partner centre, send your Statement of Entry and personal timetable, support you up to and on exam day, send your results on results day, and let you know when your certificate is available. One fee, one team, from booking to results day.
Which exam centre will I sit at?
A JCQ-registered partner examination centre in the part of London you choose — East, West, North, South or Central — subject to availability for your subjects and series. We confirm the venue, its address and arrival instructions to you in writing once your booking is complete, and they appear again on your Statement of Entry.
Do you provide academic tutoring or exam preparation support?
Our main role is registering you as a private candidate and placing you at a suitable approved exam centre. We do offer specialised tuition for Functional Skills, and for GCSE and A-Level subjects we maintain a network of highly vetted educational partners we can recommend.
Are A-Level Science practical endorsements available through your partner centres?
Yes, we proudly work with CPAC-approved laboratory facilities. This ensures that our A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Physics candidates can safely and effectively complete their mandatory practical assessments at a verified venue.
Is it possible to receive predicted grades for university applications?
Yes. We arrange formal, examiner-marked mock assessments at our partner centres. The centre issues predicted grades based on those results, which you can then use to support your UCAS application.
Is there parking available at the examination venues?
Many of our partner centres offer limited complimentary parking directly on the premises. Additionally, they are typically located near safe off-street parking options and integrated into local public transit routes for easy access.
Do you offer flexible payment plans for examination fees?
Fees are normally payable in full when you book. For candidates booking well ahead of the entry deadline, we may agree a structured instalment plan at our discretion; terms and eligibility criteria apply. Contact our admissions team by WhatsApp or email to discuss your options. Your examination entry is submitted to the awarding body only once the full fee has been received in cleared funds, which must be before the entry deadline.
What are my options if I lack a standard photographic ID?
Photographic identification is strictly mandated by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ). If you do not hold a valid passport or driving licence, please contact our administrative staff immediately so we can guide you through alternative compliance measures.
How and when will I receive my final grades?
Your Statement of Results is emailed to your registered inbox on the morning of the national results day, as soon as the awarding body releases it to the centre.
